Who knew four ingredients could make such a delicious cookie? I could talk about this cookie all day, but I know you would probably like to try it for yourself, so lets get down to cookie business:
+ One egg —I use Ener-G Eggs egg replacer
+ One cup crunchy almond butter
+ Half cup brown sugar
+ One teaspoon baking soda
Combine all ingredients together and spoon little cute almost-cookies onto baking sheet. Bake at 350* for eight to ten minutes. Allow to cool for ten minutes, but let’s be honest —who does that? As soon as these cookies came out of the oven I introduced myself to them.
