Recently on Instagram I shared my new polka dot kitchen walls thanks to Walls Need Love. You can find the dots here. I was inspired to make some dish towels to match and love the results!

Let’s get started, you will need:

What You Need | Red Autumn Co

I found these flour sack dish towels at Target. The paint and stamp is from Martha Stewart’s collection.

After ironing your towel, lay it on top of newspaper to protect the surface under your towel, the paint will seep through a bit. Then begin stamping! It’s that easy.

I’ve used several fabric paints in the past and this is the best. It isn’t hard and weird, it’s very pretty. I got metallic gold and love it!

I think these dish towels would make a lovely housewarming or Christmas gift!
