the filling:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 4 cups rhubarb one inch pieces peeled
  • 1 1/4 cups turbinado sugar
  • 1 TBSP cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix in separate bowl

    Pour in prepared pie dish

  2. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit mixture

*Add filling to baking dish then sprinkle topping on top. 

*Bake for 40-45 minutes
