Scottish Oat Biscuits

Servings 14 oat cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour or just blend quick oats ;)
  • 1 TBSP hot water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. Add more hot water if needed, the dough should be sticky

  3. Allow a few minutes to sit

  4. Roll out dough and then cut out with a round cookie cutter

  5. Bake 350*F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown
