This weekend Stephen and I are saying goodbye to our loft home. I’ve been packing up our little nest these past few weeks so I haven’t been able to update you guys, but I thought I would do it today. We’ve lived here for most of our married time together, and even had our rehearsal dinner on the roof! It’s bittersweet.

I have been busy packing (whew, I’m finished!), but I haven’t neglected the shop. I’ve been working on a new painting for the past week and finally finished yesterday! It’s available for $12 here or drum roll please …

Even though packing can be tiring, I have felt inspired while carefully wrapping dishes and taping cardboard boxes. So many new possibilities and changes. The above painting is a product of change. This is the first of many in my new Bloom Collection.
So farewell to our beautiful loft, we’ve loved making a home here—throwing countless parties, creating Red Autumn Co. and making the best friends life offers! Most of all though, I’ve lived here with Stephen and he’s the magic that has made this loft an amazing home.

So exciting! I know you will miss the loft though – it has been so lovely! I can’t wait to see where your new adventure takes you (I say hoping you’ll post again soon with the new details)! My mind is full of curious questions, are you moving out of town, or just to a new place, is it a house or another loft? Wherever you end up you have each other and that’s all you need, right? ;)
