One sip of this cheerful bright orange cocktail will transport you to a terrace in the midst of a Mediterranean summer. Created in Venice in 1920, it’s bubbly and refreshing and comprises of prosecco, Aperol, and soda water. Aperol is a beautiful bright orange apéritif—it’s zesty orange with complex herbal scents harmonized with a touch of grapefruit-rind bitterness.
