Since 2011 Stephen and I usually make a lamb dish for Easter. This year we invited some of our dearest friends and I’m certain celebrating this way will be a tradition. 
We hosted a potluck dinner on the roof of the RJR Reynolds building and were very lucky to have a beautiful day for lamb burgers and all sorts of delicious appetizers, side dishes and desserts. The sun was bright and not too warm—it was perfect. Planning an outside event is super tricky. Honestly, you can never be sure what the weather will be like. We were lucky!
We almost had a photo of everyone, except Kyle and Kylie! There isn’t a better way to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord than a celebration with friends and family! I loved every conversation I was involved in; from religion or politics, everyone had something to say worth hearing. Imagine that!—those two subjects are the most tricky! I loved the dynamic, full of energy—perhaps it was the wine, but no doubt it certainly was the people and we love you guys!
