Healthy Homemade Snickerdoodles | MrsAmberApple

I have a healthy homemade treat for you today! Stephen and I LOVE snickerdoodles. I usually buy snickerdoodles from Trader Joe’s because they are delicious, but sometimes it’s nice to make it yourself. There’s nothing like homemade cookies.¬†You will need:

Preheat oven 350*F
+ 3/4 cup of flour, I use Trader Joe’s Gluten-Free
+ 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
+ 1/4 teaspoon salt
+ 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
+ 1/4 teaspoon & 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
+1/4 cup sugar, I use coconut sugar
+ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
+ 1 tablespoon of milk, I use almond milk (add half tablespoon at a time)
+ 2 tablespoons butter
+ one egg replacer, I use Energ Egg Replacer

Combine dry ingredients. Melt butter, add vanilla and milk. Mix dry and wet ingredients. Form little balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar. Allow thirty minutes to chill in refrigerator.  Bake for 9-10 minutes. Enjoy!
