Aperol is a beautiful bright orange apéritif—it’s zesty orange with complex herbal scents harmonized with a touch of grapefruit-rind bitterness.

How to make an aperol spritz
– Simply fill a wine glass with ice
– Add 1 1/4 oz Aperol
– 2 oz Prosecco
– A splash of soda water
– Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon.
