

I’m a small meals throughout the day kind of person. I also LOVE Lucky Charms and Cocoa Pebbles, but that’s super unhealthy E V E R Y day. So these Scottish Oak Cakes are my saving grace + local honey! They are delicious with coffee for breakfast, or with tea for an afternoon snack. And you only need four ingredients to make them!

Scottish Oat Biscuits
Servings 14 oat cakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free quick oats
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour or just blend quick oats ;)
- 1 TBSP hot water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions

Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl

Add more hot water if needed, the dough should be sticky

Allow a few minutes to sit

Roll out dough and then cut out with a round cookie cutter

Bake 350*F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown
